Commissions and Custom Orders
I do take Custom Orders and commissions. However, I reserve the right to refuse any custom order for any reason.
You will receive an official quote with details and information to sign and send with your deposit.
Pricing varies, but it will take into consideration: the difficulty of the pattern, the availability of the fabric colors/selections, and
All Custom orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work will begin on your project. The remaining 50% needs be paid before the item will leave my possession.
I will send photos along the way to be sure you are happy with your order. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the progress, let me know immediately. It's easier to undo or fix a few steps now than start over or re-do it at the end.
Rush Orders: Anything needed within 6 weeks is considered a "rush" order and a 50% to 75% fee will be added to the price. This will push you to the top of the list.
The deadline for December orders is September 1. Anything after that is not guaranteed for December delivery without a rush fee.
When you receive your item, and it does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it and we can discuss next steps. I will attempt to address the issues and fix it to your satisfaction.
