Crafting Unique Quilts with Love
I've been sewing since High School Home Ec Class with Mrs. Parker. I loved sewing and customizing my own clothes. When I went to college, I sewed some curtains for my apartment, and later, I wanted to make a quilt. Unfortunately, I did not have the right tools and it did not turn out well at all.
I'd always loved crafts an creating, so I focused on Crocheting. My grandma taught me how to crochet when I was young, an it's something I loved.
In 2016, I met an woman named Ruth. She volunteered at my workplace. I saw her every day, and she always talked about quilting. We looked at quilting magazines and books, and she kept telling me that it was easy. I just remembered that first quilt I'd made. She helped me get the right tools, and before I knew it, I had a finished quilt top!
These are the first few quilts I made. The one with the cat is the first one that I had long-armed. And the 2nd one is actually still in a bag (that I'd misplaced!) waiting to be sandwiched and quilted.
I just created my first quilt pattern in 2025, Hearts of Hope.

My Reading List
While I'm quilting, I'm listening to Audio Books. These are some of the most recent ones I've read. Feel free to send any recommendations to me, or ask about any of these!
