Shipping Information

• Already finished physical items ship within 4-7 business days.

• Custom Orders will ship within 7 business days of completion

• Printed Patterns ship in USA for free. Tracking is not included. Please allow up to 10 business days for the delivery of your items.

• Domestic shipping will be through USPS, which provides a tracking number and insurance. Priority mail will be free. If you need rush delivery, you will need to pay for that. International shipping is available and includes all import taxes and fees.

• Digital downloads are available immediately upon checkout on the checkout screen. Downloads are also emailed to the email address provided at checkout. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox within a few minutes. These will be available to download for 30 days. If you still have your order number, reach out and we can re-send.

Local Delivery / Pick-up

• Instead of shipping, I do offer local delivery to customers within about 2ish hours of Branson, MO. If you are just outside this range and would like to meet, please let m know.

• Local Deliveries/Pickup in or within 30 minutes of Branson/Hollister, MO or Harrison, AR can likely take place any weekday evening.

• Longer distances will have to be on weekends. contact tiffany@tialynndesign.com to set up delivery or pickup.
